Copia de identificaci\u00f3n Oficial <\/strong>
– INE o Pasaporte
Certificado medico <\/strong> **\/***
– ( cuenta con 30 d\u00edas de vigencia )
Copia de acta de nacimiento<\/strong>
– FM2 \u00f3 FM3 en caso de los no nacidos en M\u00e9xico
Copia de comprobante de domicilio<\/strong>
– No mayor a 3 meses
CURP<\/strong>
Fotograf\u00edas tama\u00f1o infantil<\/strong>
– 2
Sobre manilla tama\u00f1o oficio<\/strong>

Realizar los pagos correspondientes <\/strong>
– Inscripci\u00f3n y mensualidad

Re inscripci\u00f3n<\/strong>
– El examen medico es aceptado del unicamente del CASE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
